Wine Tasting: Jolie-Laide
Saturday, May 24 from 3-5 PM
“So Jolie-Laide, the Jolie is pretty and Laide is ugly—pretty-ugly—so, unconventionally attractive. Kind of different, but good. Jenny and I just love a lot of whites that have a lot of acid and that are really pretty—we could drink champagne all the time—and I think that transcends into our own wines. They’re a little bit leaner, but with lots of acids. But we’re really big on freshness and preservation.”
